Probate
We deal with Probate matters of all types, whether the deceased died testate or intestate.
Our service in this regard includes the gathering in of the necessary information to enable the Schedule of Assents to be presented to Revenue Commissioners, the application for the issue of the grant, all necessary Assets relating to property, and the registration thereof post the issue of the Grant, and especially all matters relating to Inheritance Tax and other taxes arising or likely to arise in the course of the administration of the estate.
We also deal with all or any claims made by or against the Estate.
